viewed_cookie_policy gets turned on when you click on "Accept and Close" on the information bar about cookies. This is so that you don't have to see the message again.
__utma shows how many times you have visited our pages, so that we know how many new and returning visitors we have.
__utmb and __utmc shows how long you stay on our pages and how much time you spend here. This is deleted when you leave our pages.
__utmz saves where you came from (search engine, keywords, link, etc.) when you arrive at our pages.
_utmmobile enables Google Analytics to measure use from mobiles - for example, what browser and pages are used, and how many times they are visited.
HotJar is an analytical tool used to understand which part of the pages get viewed and used.
