Volunteering at Kirkens bymisjons Christmas eve dinner

This year, as previous years, we will celebrate Christmas Eve at Clarion Hotel Stavanger in Arne Rettedalsgate 14.

On the 24th of December the volunteers have to meet up by 17:00 and the event starts at 18:00.
We expect to finish at 23:00. Please wear something dressy but comfortable that allows you to be on your feet the whole evening. You may also want to bring a shoulder bag for your valuables as we will not be able to lock these away.

On Monday, the 19.12.2022 at 18:00, there will be an information meeting at Clarion Hotel Stavanger for you and the volunteers you will be working with on Christmas Eve.
At this meeting we will present the various tasks in need of staff, and you will get more information about what to expect during the event on Christmas Eve.
