Join UiS Christian Student Union and VID University for a Lent Bible Study Forum and Meetings. We invite you to faithfully embrace this Lenten journey as peacemakers by following Archbishop Thabo Makgoba's Bible Study Guide.

"I invite you to reflect, repent and be renewed even as we commit to take action to pursue reconciliation, justice and healing. Each week, we will explore what it means to be peacemakers in the face of economic injustice, in the safeguarding of the vulnerable within our churches, and in the midst of brokenness in our communities and the world. We will draw strength from the scriptures, engage in meaningful discussions, and lift our voices in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom and courage.
Peacemaking begins with the recognition of human dignity, the willingness to confront injustice, and the commitment to building bridges where there are divides. It is the work of God’s kingdom, entrusted to us as Christ’s followers.
