Metteson

Metteson has since his debut created big waves in popular music. But on Friday November 3., the first real wave came when the single "Waves" is released worldwide. Metteson, who sang straight into our hearts in record time, has in no way taken any shortcuts to get a growing audience throughout Europe. It just happened extremely fast.

Metteson is the headliner who we already feel we know well, but who is only now going on his debut tour. The journey begins now even though he has already achieved more than most do in a long career.

Where the album's first taste, "Put It To Sleep", was about forgiving and leaving the past behind, "Waves" depicts a person who is in the middle of a storm of emotions, and in a basket with the sea. The heavy feeling of injustice and hopelessness is central to the text. While the music propels the listener forward and onto the dance floor. A descriptive power that always happens when Metteson enters the stage.

The Metteson wave will hit dance floors and club stages in Norway, Sweden and Denmark next year. In the meantime, we will place one more song in our hearts.
