The dining room does not come with any technical equipment.
Capacity 💁
The standard setup of the dining room consists of several long tables with a capacity of 60 people.
The maximum capacity is 96 people.
When can I borrow the dining room? 🕕
The venue can be rented within the opening hours of SiS student housing. You can find these at the bottom of the page. 👇
Conditions 📄
The dining room is a cozy venue adjacent to the Book Café, suitable for groups and gatherings. It is furnished with long tables and charming vintage furniture.
There is no technical equipment in the dining room, and there are no doors that can be closed.
Dining:
If you want something to eat, you can order from the attached catering menu. Orders are made directly - use the contact info provided on the menu. It is not allowed to order catering from anyone other than SiS when using our premises.
The Book Café is also a good alternative and is located adjacent to the dining room. There you can find both good drinks (both with & without alcohol) and food.
Book Café opening hours:
Mon-Fri: 8:30-19:30.
Sat-Sun: 10:00-16:30.
Conditions:
Remember to leave the room in the same condition as when you arrived. All trash must be taken with you/disposed of. Put chairs, tables, etc., back in place. If something unforeseen happens and you need extra cleaning, contactnina.hansen@minsis.no or the reception as soon as possible.
The content and execution of the event must not be in violation of Norwegian law.
