"I worry"

Sometimes we carry negative thoughts about things that might go wrong, and that's completely normal. At times, these thoughts can become overwhelming and limit our quality of life, as we constantly dwell on the same worries. Start with some good advice!

The constant racing thoughts can make you anxious, tense, tired, and discouraged, and it can also become difficult to fall asleep. Then the thoughts have become an energy thief.

If this is something you recognize in yourself, it might be important to reduce the time you spend on such thoughts.

Here we have tailored some good measures that you as a student can access for free to gain more control over racing thoughts. You shouldn't carry difficult problems alone, we are here for you.

Maybe some tools will help?

Handle worries - together with others!

Sometimes it helps to be in the same room
