If you experience acute incidents in your student housing such as vandalism, water leaks, electrical problems, feeling unsafe, noise or similar during SiS’s opening hours, contact the student housing office (51 83 33 00) as soon as possible.
Acute incidents (After opening hours)
Contact Securitas (22 97 10 76) if you experience insecurity, noise, graffiti, vandalism, water leaks, electrical problems or similar issues outside of SiS’s opening hours.
If you lose your keys outside the student housing office’s opening hours, Securitas will help you get back in. This costs NOK 1,250.
