Concert with the Stavanger Symphony Orchestra

Welcome to an orchestral concert for just 50 kroner on Friday, September 25!

Chabrier’s playful and poetic Suite pastorale opens the concert, followed by Rosetti’s beautiful viola concerto, performed by the orchestra’s own principal violist, Davis Sliecans. The concert concludes with Sibelius’s powerful Fifth Symphony—a magnificent work inspired by the forces of nature and the Finnish sky, with a finale considered one of the most triumphant moments in the symphonic repertoire.

The concert lasts approximately 2 hours, including an intermission.
