Locally Sourced – Readings of Newly Written Literature from Rogaland

Experience locally sourced, piping-hot literature from the members of the Rogaland Writers’ Association.

Rogaland is a thriving literary county with many talented authors. This year, eight of them will read from their latest books, either published in 2026 or due out later in the year. We will encounter cynical crime, betrayal, love, suspicion, Greek drama in Jæren, humiliation, vulnerability, oil wealth, strong girls, and finally a turbulent 19th-century culture war centered on the renowned Garborg family.
