Museum Autumn: Utstein Monastery & Fjøløy Fort

Join us for a little autumn excursion outside Stavanger! 🍁 We’ll visit Utstein Monastery and Fjøløy Fort, with guided tours, history, and good company along the way.

We’ll start the day by taking a bus from SiS-huset and heading to Utstein Monastery, where we’ll have a guided tour and learn about the history of the old monastery. We’ll then continue to Fjøløy Fort for another guided tour and a chance to explore the area. Parts of this tour will be outdoors, so remember to dress for the weather! 🌦️

🚌 11:30 – Departure from SiS-huset (meet by the sports center reception desk)

🏰 12:10 – Arrival at Utstein Monastery & guided tour

🚌 14:15 – Departure for Fjøløy Fort

🌊 14:25 – Arrival at Fjøløy Fort & guided tour

🚌 15:30 – Return journey

🏠 16:15 – Arrival at SiS-huset
