The story of the Norwegian oil adventure is often told as one of progress, wealth, and success. But the chapters being written now are far darker. Record-high temperatures. Record-breaking wildfires. A record number of heat-related deaths.

During the Petroganda Festival, Norwegian and international researchers, climate advocates, journalists, artists, and health experts will meet to discuss two of the major climate-related questions of our time:

What are the health consequences of the fossil fuel industry’s activities? And how can we counter the narratives of a fossil fuel industry with unlimited marketing budgets?
