Meet UiS researchers and PhD candidates for breakfast in the library.

International surveys show a decline in reading skills, motivation, and engagement among young people today, while the market for young adult literature continues to flourish. Through the social media phenomenon BookTok, young people share their favorite books, memorable quotes, and emotional reactions, and some BookTok profiles have millions of followers.

The event is free and open to everyone who is interested.
