Why is women's health given lower priority?
FpU invites you to a talk and debate on women’s health.
Some conditions are investigated, while others are dismissed. Women encounter a healthcare system marked by a lack of knowledge, endless waiting times, and a shortage of effective treatment options. Why is women’s health still given low priority, and what does this actually cost our society?
We hope to find answers when young politicians from FpU, AUF, SU, and Unge Høyre meet for a panel discussion. How will the different parties prioritize and address the health crisis facing women?
Before the debate, we will receive an expert introduction to women’s health and why the issue matters to society and politics.
Panelists:
FpU: Hanne Frøyland
AUF: Hannah Owe Hope
SU: Lene Sander Christensen
Unge Høyre: Nora G. Høyer
Do you have questions or personal experiences you would like to raise? The floor will be opened for questions both after the talk and toward the end of the debate. This is your chance to challenge the politicians directly and get answers to your questions.
The event is free and open to everyone—students and other interested participants alike. We hope to see you there!
