Rent premises in SiS student house
🏡 Welcome to SiS student housing! Did you know that you can borrow several of our great venues? We offer a total of five rooms with a capacity of up to 600 people.
💵 Student organizations, student associations, students, and staff at all our affiliated schools can borrow the venues completely free of charge. The venues can also be rented by businesses.Contact event manager Nina Hansen for more information.

Our premises:
The Collective
Large meeting room on the first floor. Equipped with two large screens, one wireless handheld microphone, and one headset microphone. Standard setup: Classroom, 42 people Read more about Kollektivet here.
The Amphitheater
Open area in the heart of the SiS student house. Equipped with an LED wall and several microphones. Set up for speech and audio playback. Capacity: 100-150 Read more about the Amphitheater here.
The Dining Room
The Dining Room is an extension of the Book Café on the first floor. Standard setup: long table for 60 people Read more about the Dining Room here.
The dorm room
The group/meeting room "hybelen" has seating for eight people – ten people if you bring in some chairs from outside. The room is equipped with a large screen and the possibility to connect to Teams meetings. Remember to bring your own laptop. Standard setup: 8 seated.
Studio SiS
Podcast studio on the first floor of the SiS student house. Here you can record a podcast or have your own live broadcast in the Amphitheater. Standard setup: Studio with 4 microphones Read more about Studio SiS here.
The Tap Tower
The student bar Tappetårnet has an indoor area of a full 500 square meters! This venue must be borrowed from UiS. Click to read more. Standard setup: 183 (seated), 600 (standing)
