"I feel lonely"

It can take time for everything to fall into place when you've moved to a new city, and this situation can feel lonely for many students. Start with some good advice!

We can also feel lonely even when there are people all around us. This is also true in the student environment, where cafeterias, reading rooms, and common areas are often teeming with fellow students.

You might recognize many by appearance and perhaps exchange a few words. You might have many friends on Facebook, but few you have dinner with. The personal connection is missing. We are lonely even though we are not alone. In student surveys, loneliness is reported as one of the students' biggest mental health issues.

Here we have tailored some good advice and offers that you as a student can access completely free to solve related challenges in your daily life. You shouldn't carry difficult problems alone, we are here for you.
