Who is the Fadderfestival in Stavanger for?

For all new students
The Fadderfestival in Stavanger is closing in, and we are counting down every nano second! The Fadderfestival in Stavanger is a week for every new student, so that you can get to know your fellow students and experience a taste of the good student environment in Stavanger. The week is for absolutely all new students, no matter what type of interests you have, your background, family situation, whether you drink alcohol or not, etc. There will be an incredible number of different events - everything from bowling and hiking, to big concerts, surfing courses, theme parties and volleyball tournaments. Take a look at this year's program and start now to look forward to everything you can experience!

Your own faddergroup
As a new student, during the Fadderfestival you will be part of a group of other new students that you will study with, and you will also get a “fadder”, a student currently attending UiS, who will take care of you all week. They are experts on the university / college, Stavanger, your study program and life as a student in general!

For all the students of the whole city
This year, the Fadderfestival in Stavanger is for all students throughout the city! UiS has invited everyone, and regardless of whether you study at UiS, VID, BI, Noroff or KiS, you are most welcome. We look forward to gather the city's students :)
