Termination

Termination period is 2 months (from date to date). You can terminate your housing contract on your Personal Page in minsis.no, or by sending an e-mail. In your termination, you must include your name, address, dormitory number, new address, e-mail, and phone number.

Moving Out

When moving out of your residence it has to be properly cleaned and returned to SiS in the same condition as when you moved in. Your key has to be delivered to the SiS front desk, or in SiS Housing's hatch. You can find the hatch down low on the wall to the left hand side of the main entrance of Kitty Kielland's house at the UiS campus.

Your residence will be checked by the caretaker, and any expenses pertaining to damages or inadequate cleaning will be invoiced.

You must leave the residence by 12.00 (PM Noon) on moving day.

Receiving and delivering keys happen during the SiS front desk's hours of operation at Kitty Kielland's house at the UiS campus.

Cleaning
