Booking

An unlimited number of group classes are included in the membership fee. You pre-book group classes on the schedule, and classes can be booked up to five days in advance

We add new group classes to the schedule every day at 12:00, and you can book a class as early as five days before it starts. Online booking closes 15 minutes prior to the class start. But you can book from the booking machines at the reception right up until the class starts

You must retrieve your class ticket from the booking machines at the reception no later than 5 minutes before the class starts. Exactly 5 minutes before the class starts, the spots will be released to any waiting list, and you will have forfeited your spot.

Three or more 'no-shows' will result in a 30-day suspension from pre-booking group classes, starting from the first 'no-show.' However, you can still try to secure a spot in group classes by showing up at the reception 5 minutes before the class starts.
