Shut up and Write

Shut up and Write sessions for all UiS students and staff.
Join us for distraction-free writing sessions every other Tuesday in Dataverkstedet (KE-A259).

Each session runs as follows:
9:00-9:15 - arrival and set up your workspace
9:15-10:00 - write, read, work
10:00-10:15 - break
10:15-11:00 - write, read, work
11:00-11:15 - break
11:15-12:00 - write, read, work

For a shut up and write session to be successful for you, you should commit yourself to leave distractions for 45 minutes - your phone, social media, emails, etc. The work period should also be a silent time, no talking to neighbors, on the phone, etc.

Note: If you are late, please join during a break so as not to disturb others.
