Workers right: The Norwegian Model

Norway is a country with generous workers right and equality. This is in part due to what is known as actor cooperation, where worker unions, employers and the state have created a framework when it comes to negotiations for wages and workers rights.
This introduction tells the history of how this model came to be. And introduces you to the basic workers rights that are defined by the workers law of Norway.
Join us for some food and an interesting lecture. If you are curious about norwegian work culture, have a job in Norway allready or plan to work in Norway at some point. This event is open for everyone! Lecture will be given in English.
