For our speaker series, we have Marte C.W. Solheim is a Professor of Innovation Studies and currently serves as the Vice-Rector for Innovation and Society at the University of Stavanger. Holding a Ph.D. in management, her research centers on the interplay between diversity and innovation, incorporating perspectives from organizational theory, innovation studies, and economic geography. She is dedicated to unraveling how diverse knowledge can ignite innovation and the contextual elements shaping this dynamic. Her research yields valuable insights with broad implications for both academia and industry, and her expertise is widely sought-after for illuminating strategies to nurture innovation in our constantly evolving global landscape.
