This Friday you will hear the eclectic and melodious duo Singstad/Schmidt.
The songs are composed and written by Mari Singstad, who sings and plays piano, while Nicolai Schmidt plays drums.
The duo promises narrative and vulnerable lyrics inspired by Bob Dylan and Nick Drake, served in a jazz format with beautiful sounds and surprising detours.

During Books & Beats, you get a taste of life in Bjergsted with jazz, classical music, contemporary dance and other performing arts. In addition to performing, the students will tell a bit about their field of study.
