How can we better include international employees?

We kick-start the development of a new Action plan for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion with the first workshop the topic: “How can we better include international employees?”

During the workshop, we will talk about cultural understanding, the period as a new employee/start-up phase, and language.

The day starts with breakfast at 8:45 AM. We will then work in groups with “world café” conversations from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
