Deception is a symphonic death metal band from Stavanger, Norway. Drawing inspiration from heavyweights like Septicflesh, Fleshgod Apocalypse, and Wintersun, Deception creates a brutal and technical soundscape, shrouded in dark, majestic atmospheres through the use of orchestral elements.

Their 2021 album The Mire marked an important turning point for the band, as they moved in a more cinematic and aggressive direction. The release was well-received both nationally and internationally. With their new album 'Daenacteh', released in 2024, Deception takes their sound even further.

Deception is known for their intense live performances, having headlined several tours in Norway and played internationally. They have shared the stage with legendary bands like Hypocrisy, Insomnium, Testament, and Entombed, among others.

With their latest release 'Daenacteh', the band takes a step further – they expand their musical expression with a broader soundscape, more harmonic depth, and experimental sections.

Celestial Scourge is a brutal technical death metal group with members from across the country. Since 2021, they have released an EP in 2023 titled 'Dimensions Unfurled' which kicked everything off and an album in 2025 'Observers of The Inevitable' which so far is their strongest release, met with great international acclaim and a feature in Decibel Magazine April 2025.
