Garborgsenteret is an interactive museum located right next to Bryne train station, on the second floor of the Time Library. Garborgsenteret is a modern center that tells the story of the author couple Arne and Hulda Garborg and their lives and work.

Here, you’ll be inspired to engage with society, to read, and to create. Garborgsenteret is a vibrant center for democracy, knowledge, and creativity. Visitors are invited to express their opinions and solve tasks in order to get to know Arne and Hulda Garborg — learning by doing is the goal.

Right now, you can take part in The Clog Mystery – an escape room-inspired trail where you must find out who stole Arne Garborg’s clogs.

Opening hours: Monday – Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Free admission during Hei Student! week.
