The Indre Østfold band Hagle has in recent years established itself in the top tier of Norwegian artists when it comes to streaming and concert performances, with their joyful country rap, which is about the robbery environment and the local rural culture where they grew up.
With over 150 million streams, countless TV appearances, the closing show on the VG list and frequent radio plays, it is almost impossible not to notice Hagle in the Norwegian public during the day.
Their distinctive blend of banjo, fiddle, accordion and rap has been embraced by the entire nation and all of the band's singles have topped the charts on Spotify. The band's first two singles were picked up by the NRK series Rådebank, and their fifth song "Bøgda" shot up to 5th place on the Spotify top 50.
