Hike to the Pulpit Rock

Ready for a day of fresh air, good vibes, and absolutely epic views? Join us for a hike to the Pulpit Rock! We leave from SiS-huset at 09:00 and the whole adventure takes about 7.5 hours!

🚶‍♂️ Choose your vibe! You can pick between two routes: The easy route: Perfect if you want a calm, social, and comfortable hike up. The slightly more demanding route: A bit more nature, a bit more pulse, a bit more “wow” 🌲✨ Both end at the same iconic viewpoint — and both give you a day you won’t forget.

Remember to dress for the weather, and bring a nice lunch you can enjoy at the top! Also pack enough water for the trip.

In addition to guides showing the way to the Pulpit Rock, student employees from SiS will join for the whole day, so you don’t have to show up alone. This is a perfect trip if you want to experience more of the region, get some exercise, connect with nature, or just take a little break from your study routine 🤝

The entire trip takes 7.5 hours and includes bus transport from the SiS house and back, plus a lunch break. The time up and down will vary depending on participants’ pace (about 2–3 hours each way).

Note: Show up in good time – the bus leaves exactly at 09:00! Meeting point: SiS reception. Participants are responsible for arriving at the correct time. If you can’t join after all, please contact us so we always have an overview of all participants.
