Panel Discussion: University–Industry Collaboration, InGenious way of collaboration:
The University of Stavanger is pleased to invite you to a half-hour panel discussion exploring the role of the university–industry collaboration in fostering innovation, entrepreneurial mindsets, and sustainable practices. The conversation will highlight the InGenious Program at the University of Stavanger (UiS) as a unique arena where students, researchers, and companies work together to build innovative future-oriented competencies and drive regional transformation.

InGenious is proud of being a part of the ULLTRA future festival, and the panel discussion takes place in the ULLTRA-tent at UiS.

Participants:
• Andra Riandita – Postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the UiS School of Business and Law, and InGenious academic collaborator.
• Maryam Yousefi – UiS and InGenious alumna, currently working as an Environmental Engineer at Aibel.
• Hadis Heydarian – Product Manager at Time2Staff, Master’s student at UiS, and participant in the AquaTech Skill Accelerator Program, recent initiative by InGenious Program

Moderator:
• Nelly N. Karimi – Program Leader, Department of Innovation and External Collaboration, UiS.

This session will provide perspectives from academia, industry, and alumni on how collaborative initiatives can nurture innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, empower young professionals, and support sustainable development and transition in the region. Join us to gain insights and take part in a dialogue about strengthening partnerships between universities and industry for a more innovative and sustainable future.
