At this year's first Research Pub, we will address one of the hottest debates of the spring: Generation Z in the workplace. Aftenbladet commentator Leif Tore Lindø, researcher and psychologist Liss Anda and city council representative and Gen Z Jonas Gadolin will join us to discuss the topic.
Is Generation Z demanding aspen leaves in the workplace? And if so: Whose fault is it?
Commentator in Stavanger Aftenblad, Leif Tore Lindø, believes we have ourselves to thank for the fact that Generation Z can be characterized as aspen leaves in the workplace. UiS researcher and psychologist Liss Anda has taken the pulse of a digital generation that has had its formative years during the pandemic and war in Europe. City council representative Jonas Gadolin (27) himself belongs to Generation Z, and believes that the criticism against his generation is based on prejudice.
Come to Research Pub on Tuesday, April 8 at 7:00 PM! Grab a glass of something good and listen to one of the most important debates of the spring. The conversation will be led as usual by Guttorm Andreasen.
