Physical activity is often assosiated with a strong end healthy body. But are you aware of the positive effects it has on your  mental health and our brain? Your memory and the executive function of the brain will improve, as well as your general well being - and this will optimize your student skills. Join us for a training session in SiS sportssenter that will finish with a nutrious meal in the new Book cafe in SiS studenthus.

This event is open for everyone, it is free, and you do not need to be a member at SiS sportssenter to participate. If you need a push to get started being physical or you are seeking new active friendships, this event will be the right one for you.  

When: Wednesdays

12:30 - 13:10: We target pulse by self-adjusting the intensity. The purpose of this is to give you more energy. We use the Spinningsal or Sal 2 according to type of training (checkout date)

13:20 - 14:00: We use breathing, slow movement and bodyweight in different exercises, and end the session with relaxation. The purpose is to impove body awareness and reduce stress. This session will take place in Sal 2 at SiS sportssenter. 

14:00- 15:00: We enjoy a free and energizing meal together in SiS bookcafe in the new  SiS studenthus

If you only want to join one of the training session you can meet directly on the scheduled time. For joining lunch you must also attend the training. 

Remember to be in time, we start the training 12:30 and 13:20

Attendance/meet-up: SiS sportsenter - inform the reception that you are joining Active Brain Break- ask for Spinningroom or Sal 2. If needed use the changing rooms close to the spinningsal

Remember to cancel your registration if you do not attend.
