Meeting point: Outside the reception at SiS Sports Centre (We’ll walk together to Sørmarka outdoor training park, where the workout begins)

Practical info:

You control the intensity – this is for everyone, whether you're just getting started or looking for a fun and social way to stay active.
Dress for the weather – we’ll stay in one spot, so you can leave your jacket, water bottle, etc. during the session.
You do not need to speak Norwegian to join – everyone is welcome!
