Unveiling and mini-concert: We record the piano

Mini-concert with Hans Petter Tangen and Cecilia Rospigliosi.

The university library has received a new piano and invites you to an unveiling and launch concert.

We are lucky enough to have a visit from Hans Petter Tangen, who is a university lecturer in accompaniment at the Faculty of Performing Arts, UiS. He will unveil and record the piano together with special librarian and flutist Cecilia Rospigliosi.

The mini-concert is open to anyone who wants to come and listen. The piano is in the middle of the event area, to the right when you enter the library door.

There will also be a finely tuned speech from the assistant director of the university library, Mona Henriksen.

We have been lucky enough to borrow the piano from the Faculty of Education and Humanities. This instrument will give us many great musical experiences in the library in the future.
