Author and professor Bjørn Arild Ersland comes to the University Library in Stavanger for a sofa conversation about creative writing in academic texts. With over 40 books behind him and a professorship in writing at UiS, he has solid experience with creative writing. He has recently contributed to the book Skriv dristig og kreativt!: veelingning i skrivninglyst, and will share valuable advice on how creativity can help you further with your writing.

We discuss how you can:

Keep your writing going and avoid writer's block
Create engaging and reader-friendly academic texts
Use creativity to work on your own writing voice

The event consists of a conversation with the opportunity for questions, followed by a practical writing session where you can get guidance in academic writing:
