Welcome to sponsor week 2023! Everyone with a sponsor's week ticket has access to all the events in the calendar, but some have limited places and require registration.
Registration for BBQ for internationalstudents is already open.
Registration for ALLpubrun opens at 13:00 on Monday 14 August and has its own body in the text of the events. PubRun costs NOK 50.
Registration for all other events is free and opens at 13:00 the day before the event starts. You register for the desired event here.
Everything that happens on the festival grounds has unlimited space and therefore does not require registration.

Notify system
We on the board want to know about all unwanted incidents, errors and deficiencies. The sponsorship board is dependent on knowing what is happening, so that the relationship is followed up and security is improved. If an emergency situation arises, we want you to report this as soon as possible, BUT contact the emergency services first in life-threatening/urgent situations.
Sponsor and sponsor manager
The sponsors are your closest leaders, and they should be there for you if something happens and be available to you during the festival. If there is something you do not feel comfortable talking to your sponsor about, you can contact your sponsor manager or use the message system.
We on the sponsor board always want to be notified if something happens. Use the notify system to notify or for help/support.
Guardians
The godfather guards are a form of own night owl during the godfather festival, which helps you to be safe. They can, for example, help you find your way home and help with minor injuries. If you need help with any of this, you can call 47 69 37 36. They also offer water and food in the center and are generally visible during the festival in orange vests. Don't be afraid to strike up a conversation when you see them!
