Assisted self-help

We have a completely open offer on a few self-help tools that were originally developed for use during the corona-pandemic, but that can still be put to good use. Here you’ll get help with problems like: How to deal with social distance/living in isolation, conquering fear, overthinking, worries and difficulty sleeping.

You can also get help with other themes via Assisted Self-help.

These are:

  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobia
  • Social anxiety
  • Depression
  • Sleep problems
  • Stress and burnout
  • Worries and generalized anxiety
  • Health anxiety

Before starting the program, you’ll get an assessment consultation at SiS helse. You will then make an appointment for a phone consultation after six weeks. Then you will be asked about your progress so far. 4-6 weeks later you will get a final consultation, where we will take a look at how the effect of Assisted self-help has been for you.

If you know which topic you want and do not want a conversation, you can send an email to samtaletilbud@minsis.no to be sent a code that enables you to use Assisted self-help on your own. Do not write anything sensitive in the email.
