Tabata Mix with Tone Lise
Join instructor Tone Lise in a 45 minutes long Tabata workout in your living room. A Tabata consists of 8 x 20 seconds of work with 10-second breaks in between. Tone Lise takes us through 7 different tabatas in this workout. You don't need any equipment for this workout, but you might want a mat/carpet/blanket/towel nearby in case you need it.
