In addition to individual counseling, we also offer counseling in groups that can help you improve your everyday life. Within the group counseling, you’ll find conversational groups and psychoeducational groups that discuss specific themes.

In the beginning, it might seem difficult and scary to talk about feelings and challenges with people you don’t know, but it can also be of great help to put words on feelings together with other people in the same situation. Sometimes it can help to listen to similar stories.
Our task together with you and others is to create safe and clear boundaries where we can talk about 'anything'.
